It all started with the pubic hair on the sheets of the bed. When we called down to the desk to request new sheets, the clerk seemed pretty blase about it. Then the security guard came up with new sheets, a bad attitude, and zero assistance in changing them. Then we pulled out the sleeper sofa, and it was clear the sheets were not fresh. It went downhill from there. I don't expect the Hilton, but basic cleanliness and friendliness seem like reasonable requests.

I had booked 4 adults for the room; it was a bit crowded but adequate and the price was right. However, we were only given three pillows and when we asked for a fourth pillow they were out. There was two restaurants attached to the hotel; we took advantage of the one open for breakfast which had excellent deals and was very reasonably priced. Overall, it was a pretty good deal for downtown Chicago. The desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. It is very close to the Red Line and the buses for State St. and Michigan.

A great value for downtown Chicago. The room was very basic but it was clean and comfortable. Impressed most with cleanliness of bathroom. Service at front desk was very friendly. I would definitely stay there again.
