The floor I stayed on had an all night party with lots of shouting and banging of doors. At around 3am I had to phone security to sort it out. In the morning I spoke to reception but they did not offer compensation only said apologies, seems that is how much they care about your stay as long as they get your money they are not bothered.
On booking inereception did not tell me about free wine tasting or any other things that go on at the Hotel. The only thing going for this Hotel was it is central to the city.
