Traditional food and a European setting also make it an ideal spot for a tasty Sunday champagne brunch.

The best time to be around Wrigleyville is before and after Cubs games. Wrigley Field makes the area a busy destination. Be part of one giant party that starts three hours before the game and ends three hours after the final out.

The Wrigleyville area has a lot of sports bars near the field. During the game season, you can find nice crowds and a casual ambience at these bars.  Murphys Bleachers (773-281-5356) is a famous sports bar. The interiors are done in a sports theme with sports memorabilia lining the walls. Their signature pink vodka lemonade is a local favorite. After the game, the crowd winds up at the Cubby Bear located across the main entrance of Wrigley Field. You will find a very diversified crowd here. A trip to a Cubs game is incomplete without a stop at the Cubby Bear. On weekends, live music kicks off soon after Cubs fans leave the area.
